Important: Sending a project brief or message does not create a client relationship, reserve project time, establish confidentiality, or require either party to proceed. A project begins only after both parties sign a written service agreement and any required initial payment is received.

Website terms of use
General information
This website describes Anane Web Studio’s services and starting prices. Its content is general information and is not legal, financial, security, or regulatory advice. Availability, scope, schedule, and price are confirmed only in a written proposal or service agreement.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee a particular search-engine position, level of traffic, sales, revenue, business result, uninterrupted third-party service, or perfect operation on every device and software combination. Accessibility testing and recommendations are not legal advice, legal certification, or a guarantee that a website satisfies every law, regulation, standard, user need, or assistive-technology combination.
Client-provided materials
Prospective clients should provide only materials they own or have permission to use. A signed service agreement will address responsibility for text, images, logos, trademarks, data, licenses, approvals, and other project materials.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment processors, scheduling systems, plug-ins, social platforms, and other third-party products have their own terms, fees, privacy practices, availability, and technical limits. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, clients control and pay for their own third-party accounts.
Project agreements and liability
Every accepted project should use a written agreement covering scope, milestones, payment, revisions, approvals, ownership, termination, warranties, third-party services, dispute terms, and any appropriate limitation of liability. Project-specific terms in that signed agreement control over general website descriptions. Nothing on this website excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Project inquiry notice
- The project planner helps organize an initial request; it is not a contract or binding quote.
- Do not enter passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information.
- A proposal may change after discovery reveals additional pages, content, integrations, accessibility requirements, or technical complexity.
- Project dates are not reserved until the written agreement is signed and any required initial payment clears.
- Confidential or regulated information should be discussed only after appropriate handling terms are agreed in writing.

Project planner
The planner currently prepares a project brief on your own device. Anane Web Studio does not receive or store the answers merely because you fill out the form. Your information leaves your device only when you choose to send it by email or another communication method.
Communications and service providers
If you contact us, we may keep the information you send as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a project, provide services, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Google Workspace, the website host, your browser, and other services may process information under their own privacy terms.
Website analytics
The hosting platform may collect basic technical and traffic information, such as page views and unique visitors, to operate the website and provide analytics. This website does not currently use its own advertising cookies or sell personal information.
Your choices
You may choose not to send a prepared brief. To ask about information you previously sent directly to Anane Web Studio, email hello@ananewebstudio.com.
